The Cosmic Kiss

The evening sky is spectacular nowadays. The two brightest planets of our solar system Venus and Jupiter have been close together in the south-west sky just after the sunset. Their conjunction was in the sky since November 24, 2019. But, today the crescent moon has added more beauty to this conjugation. Though the moon will be moving away from this conjugation from tomorrow, It’s not too late to see the two planets at their closest position. To maximize your enjoyment of these dazzling worlds be sure to find an unobstructed South-west horizon just after the sunset.

This is a Cell Phone click taken taken by me at Tangla this evening at 5:30 pm.
